  This location was very unprofessional lack of customer service it was a very dingy atmosphere and overall the customer service was terrible me and my wife went to Buffalo wild wings around 8:45 PM asked for two wing combos and only received just wings for a total amount of $25 but that wasn't including any soft drinks or fries just wings six wings each to be exact and they had the audacity to ask me what dipping sauce I wanted I think the whole crew needs to be retrained on the register and being able to communicate better with their customers about what they will be receiving thank you have a good day

  I was hungry for wings and was in town but saw the bad reviews this place got so I was skeptical about coming here (again). The first time I came here it didn't really meet my expectations. Anyways, eventually I decided to give this place another try. Based off the reviews and my past experience here, I must have showed up on a good day because everything was perfect! My server, her name was Briana (I hope I spelled her name right) was awesome. She was very nice, respectful and always checked in on us. Served us our drinks right away and the appetizers came out quick and were good. Also, for the amount of food we ordered, it came out fairly fast. It was all really good. BWW's burgers are underrated. It packs so much flavor. I also got wings as well and they hit the spot. My family and me will definitely be coming by again just because of today's experience.

  I contacted customer service regarding my rewards but received no assistance. I then sought help from a third-party employee at the location. Unfortunately, my original order was incorrect; my wings arrived without sauce, and the fries from my rewards order were cold. This situation is particularly frustrating as I am currently at work and unable to leave. Given these issues, I have decided that I will not return.

  Everytime I come they take the longest time just for some damn wings bro. Always on their phones and don't really care for the guests. Idk why i even came. I should of just gone to pluckers or wing stop!

  Ive always loved the atmosphere of buffalo wild wings. The service on the other hand has always been at best lack luster. Tonight me and my girlfriend went out for some wings and had a negative experience. We first ordered a draft beer and an old fashioned, alongside an order of fries as an appetizer. I work in a kitchen as a sous chef and understand the amount of time simple fries take to hit the window and be served. The old fashioned tasted very bland and not enjoyable which also really sucked for us. Our server came over about 15 minutes later and asked if everything was okay. I told her that we ordered fries a bit ago and she said okay. I then saw her walk into the bar and put in our tab, meaning she put our fry order in almost 20 minutes after we ordered. I then got up to ask a server if she could close us out and she said she didn't see any tab for us. The server seemed like a very nice person but for it being as slow as it was, it makes no sense as to why these things happen. If buffalo wild wings had an outgoing and passionate staffing, it could be such an amazing place it once was about 10 years ago. On my way to Pluckers now and hope things get better for this location.
