It seems they might be understaffed or undertrained… I usually just get a snack like mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers.. I normally have no complaints about the quality of food, but this time I was surprised to bite into a popper and not find cream cheese at all, but some type of powder substance. Idk what that was but it’s NOT cheese. Hopefully I don’t get sick and this doesn’t happen again.
