- AJabby jen6 days ago5.0My favorite place for a pick me up drink before going to work. The drinks are phenomenal. However, I must mention one of the Broistas, Dylan, he was so kind and personable! Sometimes it was less about the drink and more about the experience and I genuinely miss how he brought a smile to my face everytime we came through. I’m not gonna lie I started going less because it wasn’t the same without him! Bring Dylan back!!

They treat me like family and I try to learn their names so that I can make sure they know they have made a huge impact on the start of my day! I remember the day Dylan told me he would be leaving so that he could go to school and my heart broke. All I could think of was not being able to see my "bestie" and hear his banter. Although I absolutely LOOOVE them all Dylan had a true place in my heart. I slowed down on my visits ( separation anxiety from my bestie Dylan 🙃) but I still go when I need the best cup of joe and a friendly environment. Long review short, I love my Dutch Bros.

Dutch if you see this definitely bring him back, one of the sweetest employees I’ve ever met at any company ! And feel free to give him a raise haha he works hard!

- EGEbony GlennApr 12, 20261.0The service is good but the drinks have declined. The new young staff never gets it right. I order the same drink everyday and today it comes out with no espresso at all. The flavors were off they even made the chocolate covered strawberry wrong didn't taste like anything but dark bitter chocolate. This used to be my go to for coffee but you have to check the staff before placing your order these days because they are often made incorrect depending on who's working that day.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
