  This place has gone down hill, ordered a steak finger basket and food is hard as a cinder block. Service at the window was mediocre!

  This location is notorious for stealing credit card information. We have gone here for ice cream several different times and each time they take a long time to process payment, then the next day we have suspicious activity on our cards. We have had to replace our cards three times already due to the employees stealing credit card information. Going forward if we return to this location we will have to pay cash. This has been an ongoing issue. We have also reported them to the police and they informed us they will be looking into this matter deeper.

  Okay this location is always packed, the line is insane and it takes forever, but y'all...the people inside are so kind, so patient and are absolutely doing the best they can. Last night we went and 2 young people and one older person were running the counter, the drive through, online orders amd making the food...THREE PEOPLE AND ONLY ONE WORKING REGISTER. Clearly they're not being supported by management. These people need more teammates, more resources and some structure cuz it was a struggle with their organization. Kudos for the kindness, the patience and always a tasty treat.

  I’m picky about my Dairy Queen’s. The one I had back home was the best but I was craving a dipped cone! The drive through is a bit odd and the service was slow. Nonetheless, it was enough to satisfy my cravings.

  The banana splits, are to die for Excellent!!!! Best banana splits by far Don't get me wrong food is GREAT but haven't found anyone that makes them like these guys
