  I had the worst costumer service at this location on 4/1/26 They had no guacamole at all at 7 pm and the employee was very rude and sarcastic about it and when i asked if they had avocado he continued to be rude. But how does a Mexican restaurant run out of Guacamole? At least another employee gave me extra queso at no charge

  “Can I get some extra rice” mind you I told him I’m Willing to pay extra. This is what I get….rice in a condiment cup.

  Upon arrival at 8:30pm not a single greeting. We stood and watched a young kid chop the chicken, he did not look up once. Then we did not see anyone else. 3 minutes go by, then a young girl walks by and says “oh she will be right with you” not a clue who she was talking about because I didnt see another girl around. Then finally (8 minutes of silently standing and waiting) the boy cutting the chicken came over and asked what we wanted. He was slower than the sloth from zootopia, then gave us an $11.40 bowl that looks awful. They didnt have guac the boy said, yet the young girl had given a to go order a huge side of it from the fridge.. then they were “out” of cheese and everything seemed to be a large burden for this poor kid to refill, all while the little cashier girl was doing NADA ENCHILADA. Just an overall awful experience, do better! I know working part time sucks especially at a food chain. But it is not the customers fault.

  Food was good but they were out of guacamole and chips. The real issue I have is the cleanness of the restaurant. There were over 5 people there but the place looked horrible. The tray they put our food on was dirty, the tables were dirty, the stations were dirty. If there is 5 people on staff why is the place so dirty. They just sitting around and no guacamole being made, tables being cleaned or stations being wiped down. Someone needs to inspect this place. For the price of what it cost I had to eat the food but I was getting grossed out when I looked around.

  I order Thur the app because I don’t want to get off. I put in my order that I want extra rice and beans and I don’t get it. I get the same order all the time so I know how much the bag is supposed to weight and when I open my food. I can tell that they don’t put the extra rice and beans that I want. For now on I’m gonna have to get off my car to order my food so they can get it right
