  We waited nearly an hour to get our meals! Yall need to hire more kitchen staff to speed it up, and more servers because the one we had yesterday was running all over the place taking 30+ people at once.

  LOS BAÑOS ESTN MIY SUCIOS , no me querían dar una mesa por qué aviamos hecho un pedido para llevar cuando claramente le preguntamos al empleado: para comer aquí, el nos dijo si aquí (nos tomó la orden en el mostrador) y cuando le Preguntamos que si podíamos comer hay nos dijo que no. Por que aviamos hecho un pedido para llevar.

  Rosenberg is already a crappy place when it comes to food places! My family came to eat and they were immediately tossed to the side, their drink orders came late, the Girl helping them had a crappy attitude, she took another tables order who came in way after them and she still had them waiting almost 15 minutes until their order was taken! I keep seeing the Manager reply to peoples reviews in regards to the service being horrible, food being horrible but this BWW location needs to be shut down! It’s about the only other wing establishment in Rosenberg besides Wingstop, at least be a clean, respectful, and RELIABLE establishment! Please do better MANAGEMENT AND ALL SERVERS! Save your energy, time and money and go somewhere else, THANG YA!

  Quality of the food and service is very bad. When we about to place an online order, it was showing that food to be ready in approximately 15 minutes. After we place the order, it was showing approximately 40 minutes for pickup. But when I reach the BWW location after 40 minutes. I had to wait additional 15 minutes to get my order. So, basically, be alert that online order will always take approximately 1 hour. Do good by what they show you when you place order.
