  Customer service has been poor the several times I’ve been to this location. Today they were only offering smoothies due to being short staffed which is totally understandable however an açaí bowl is similar effort and no cooking. Will not return to this location.

  My husband and I came up to the window and was serviced by Ryan T who already has a very monotone, nonchalant attitude. we ordered a bahama mama bowl and a wrap, and I asked for something that had peanut butter and banana, and chocolate. ryan asked applied the peanut paradise, but i asked if there was any with peanut butter, banana, and chocolate, so he said peanut butter cup. I said thats what I wanted INSTEAD of the peanut paradise. at the window a very unpleasant, red headed, female employee (dont know her name) repeated the order. i stopped her for a moment because she said it pretty fast and the names of both peanut butter and banana smoothies are very similar. but i decided to trust that they got my order right and paid. but once we GOT the order, i realized that they gave us and we were charged for BOTH pb and banana smoothies instead of just one. Me thinking ok easy fix.. it was just confusion on both ends, ill go in and be treated pleasantly and given a simple refund on an untouched drink… nope not at all. I was met with condescension and “well i confirmed the order with you… and you accepted it so i am not refunding you sorry” I explained VERY kindly that it was confusion and mistakes happen but the drink was untouched and it shouldnt be an issue. but the push back from the girl employee was rude and nasty. so i threw the drink out and left pretty frustrated. please FIX the attitudes of your employees. i dont like being stared ag by the other employees, laughed at, seeing snickering at my frustration, and being completely disregarded. she made NO effort to take accountability or make things right. poor as hell service.

  I've visited the Rockwall Tropical Smoothie location twice recently, and on both occasions, my wrap was cold and needed to be reheated. While this wasn't a major issue, I was disappointed that neither time did I receive an apology or even a thank you when I returned to have it reheated. On my last visit, I spoke with the manager about my concern, but he didn't offer any response, just looked at me like a deer in headlights. I believe additional customer service training for the staff would be beneficial. I eat at Tropical smooth quite often and I will definitely have to find somewhere else to get my smoothies and wraps!

  Poor service. I paid for my order, went to wait only to have an employee come up to me, and state, "you need to pay for the extra protein." I reviewed my receipt to find out they forgot to charge me for it but didn't communicate that. When I told them the bathroom had no soap they did not respond. I asked to speak to the owner(who was present and peeking out from the back), yet he refused and sent the employee with the number to corporate. Not good for business!
