  I ordered the chicken nuggets combo box and was very disappointed. The nuggets were hard, dry and very unattractive. I called to let them know, but didn't get no answer! Wow, I won't do it again.

  We frequently travel to Rockwall, we usually order food delivery on UberEats. This is not the first time we order from Taco Bell. And every time we receive our order, the hot sauces are always MISSING. Even though we added it on our order. Last night we got our order without the hot sauces. Called Taco Bell and told them the hot sauces are missing again. The woman on the other line from Taco Bell, told me to ask the driver who delivered our food to go back at Taco Bell and get the missing hot sauces or we drive there to pick it up…. WHAT!!!!!! Why do we have to drive there to get the hot sauces they forgot to include in our order? Why do we have to suffer the consequences of their mistakes?! I tried to order on UberEats just the hot sauces but of course, it didn’t work so I had to order chalupa chicken and noted to make sure there’s are at least 10 hot sauces in the bag. It took another long wait and the food quality is not good anymore bcoz when the first food order without the hot sauces was delivered, the tacos are saggy and all the items are COLD. So we had to make another order of the same items we first ordered. It arrived before the 2nd order which is chalupa chicken with hot sauces. But when the 3rd order was delivered with the hot sauces, finally. We did call Taco Bell to complain about not putting hot sauces on our first order but what is the guarantee that the person who prepared the 2nd and 3rd order did not mess up with our order like spitting on the food?! We already spend a total of $100 simply because the first order has missing items. While waiting for all 3 orders, one of us wait at the lobby. To check that the 2nd and 3rd order has hot sauces, it did has it but we had to order extra food that we don’t need to begin with. Unfortunately, we won’t be ordering any food from Taco Bell specifically this branch who have habitually missing the hot sauces we have on our order. This did not just happened once but countless times, every time this happens we complain at UberEats but we only get $10 credit vs the amount we wasted for poor service. By the way, the bottom of the bag for the first order is soaked and if the food was not sitting on a table, all items definitely will fall out of the bag. That’s the reason why the first order of food is cold and saggy. The usual $40 order has been more than doubled due to poor service.

  Called to speak to someone about something in my food and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Rushing on my lunch break, before even taking a bite I noticed something in my food that shouldn’t have been there. After looking further I’m still unsure as to what this is, and I also found hair stuck on the cheese. This is absolutely disgusting and needs to be taken care of.
