  I came this moring for the new saja boys breakfast meal for my little girl I placed the order through the drive thru, and no one said it was not available until I went to the window and paid This is unacceptable, there wasn't even a sign in the drive through menu that said y'all didn't have it or the drive through speaker telling me y'all didn't have it Now i'm trying to request the refund, unacceptable

  I just ordered my food, one of the workers who are at the window delivering the orders, I just asked him ranch and buffalo and he told me that if you didn't order it with your order, I won't give you more, he was wearing glasses and it was exactly at 12:16... apart from that they took too long to deliver my order to me I just have 20 min here

  They don't pay attention to their front counter. They will have 20 employees or so and everyone is hustling to get the orders out. And top of that the Asian manager is very rude. when you tell her your picking up a door dash order, she rudely tells you to make sure you confirm the order with your phone and will look hard on your phone to make sure you do it.

  VERONICA IS THE SWEETEST MOST CONSIDERATE MANAGER THERE! I had an issue with my fries initially, they tend to use older grease. She went out her way to make me more fries in newer grease. She was so kind about the situation and even did it with a smile. Veronica is the reason I go back. There’s another manager there the mornings. She’s extremely rude and always rushing so Veronica was a breath of fresh air in kindness.
