This individual may be better suited for a position focused on food preparation or back-of-house responsibilities, where customer interaction is limited. Addressing this would help ensure that the quality of service aligns with the quality of the food.

It’s always “what do you want?” No good morning or nothing. I’ve been here a couple times and she’s like this everytime. Makes me not want to come here anymore.

I tried this same flatbread from another tropical smoothie the day before and it was delicious and looked like the online picture. But, this location the meal wasn’t that great. Will not be returning to this location. The cashier was nice, but had forgotten my chips that I placed with the order I had to ask for the chips, and the cashier was kind with providing the chips and apologized. Would not recommend this location due to the tasting and presentation of the food order.

Too many bad reviews from stupid people. You can’t get a refund on a drink just because you decided to try something new and you ended up not liking it. that’s not how it works, these workers aren’t here to give you free smoothies.

From the looks of it, bad service is expected here, i wish i had read the reviews before coming to this location. It was my first time ordering at this location, we just moved to the area. Unfortunately, our smoothies were super watered down and did not have a thick consistency. I had great expectations because the Forney location is AMAZING. Because my smoothie was extremely watered down, i feel discouraged from coming back.
