- AHAmerica Hermenegildo5 days ago3.0I absolutely love Dutch! If I could go everyday I would. However, today’s experience….. was not it. We came to get some drinks after work as a pick me up. While ordering I saw there was a sticker drop on the app… when we got to the window the person our order was repeated - all was okay there. Then a lady came into the window started handing us our drinks did not greet us at all. When we started to inquire about the sticker we didn’t even get the question out before we were cut off with “no we ran out.” I get it that they probably get that question all day or whatever but sometimes there are stickers so it’s worth an ask, they are usually for my kids anyway who collect them so I will ask. However, there is no reason to be rude. As of today I’m turning off my preferred tip and will only tip based on service. 😢

All the staff is so sweet and so helpful.. drinks are so much better than Starbucks.. honestly I don't think I'll ever get another Starbucks again now.. Dutch Brothers is my favorite.. I suggest trying to drink called the annihilator so good.. and you can sign up for rewards Really great place super easy super fast and super good priced way better than Starbucks as well!!!

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
