Absolutely ridiculous, math is math, can’t argue over basic math skills. Do better Dunkin’ and at the bar higher and train your employees in basic calculations, including your management.

When we finally got to the drive thru window, not even a “sorry for the long wait”..they just acted like that was normal. They get a 1 star because at least the food we ordered was still warm. Anyways, this is why I will always prefer Starbucks.

I sent emails, reached out on Facebook, Instagram, and X. Someone named John emailed me saying he would give me a call to get my refund and still nothing, it’s been 2 months now and I’m disgusted with the food and the customer experience. Absolutely ridiculous!
