  I had a situation today. The cashier was scratching her nose by using the bottom of her palm on her left hand. She did it while talking to me and then while walking towards the donuts for my order. I simply asked if she could wash her hands. Reason she used the same hand to open the bag and dug her hand in the bag to widen the bottom of the bag. I asked very nicely to wash her hands and use a different bag. By that time she was already asking why. Her face was puffy and eyes were red like she was having allergies. I wasn’t rude to her but she became very rude to me by saying “I’m not in my nose I’m just itching it.” I explained that I understood but it not hygienic to please get a fresh bag after she washes her hands. She walked away abruptly and I heard her talking to someone. This very nice manager comes to the window. I explained what happened. I don’t understand why the cashier was so upset. She had dry snot on her nose. I’m not desperate for donuts to eat someone else germs. I come here all the time. Will not be back. Your manager by the way was a gem.

  The last 4 times I’ve come here my order is completely wrong. Like they’re not only giving me the wrong drink, they’re adding random things to it that I’m being charged for. Bagels are burnt with a pathetic amount of cream cheese. And being given a drink with oat milk for a person with an oat allergy. The attitude of the employees is unprofessional as well. This place has truly gone to hell.

  I visit the Rockwall Dunkin on Ridge Road all the time in the mornings and love the staff. However, I just left around 4:30 on 12/15/25 and was served cold coffee when I ordered a black hot coffee. When asked to have a different cup of coffee that was hot the girl was very very rude. I decided it wasn’t worth it and left. I was very excited for my free coffee that I earned in the app. Sad day.

  Usually pretty good but I got jelly donut the last couple of times and they only had a speck of jelly. Literally all bread. If I could post a pic I would.

  Im a loyal client of this dunkin donut location. This review is for Emily. New hire perhaps. This young girl needs to find a job away from people!! Disrespectful, rude, attitude , disgusting demeanor and body language.. eye rolls as well! all over why is the cup not full type of question. I’m disappointed in the hiring process here. not a good image and representation for the store. Everyone else is amazing, Happy, Hard working and sweet! Wella is a gem, she should be in charge as i’ve noticed when she’s not there, the store is chaos! this interaction was sunday morning around 10:30 am - this is review from a customer that visits daily.I also want to Add that Camille was the most amazing employee and this place needs more mature people that care
