All Chipotles have ugly corrugated metal and wooden decor that reverberates every sound and turns the place into an auditory nightmare. We called the driver and she attempted to say she couldn’t speak English but my husband can speak Spanish. We came to the conclusion that the door dash driver ate the quesadillas and delivered an empty box with the other 2 bowls I ordered. I went up to the N Goliad Chipotle from where I ordered it from and talked to Ryan, the manager on duty at the time. I explained the situation and tried to show him my phone call logs but he didn’t need to see them. Ryan immediately remade my family’s order without question! My family and I are very grateful and appreciative to Ryan and his team, their customer service is top notch! They went the extra mile to make a situation right when they could have easily have said it had nothing to do with them. We will definitely be back to this location just may not use the app! Thank you Ryan and your team!
