  Worst experience ever came in after a long day couldn’t get a lunch so I decided to try the new chipotle it was empty inside which should had been my first red flag there was only one women in front of me and the employee serving her is just flirting and taking his time with her. Along with giving her a free sauce I just found it ridiculous how it took 12 minutes to make a burrito and get to serve the next customer. Not worth anyone’s time unless you want to be treated like you’re not ever there. Rowlett chipotle is better if you want a good experience

  Everytime I go here and eat in the portions keep getting smaller. When asking for “a lot of cheese” or “two scoops sour cream” or even the simple spoon scoop of chicken, the employees will constantly share gazes among each other seeking approval for that’s enough……it’s bullshit and won’t be back

  I went to Chipotle yesterday and had the best experience the food was great, and the customer service was amazing. My cashier, Sophia, was so friendly and really made the experience even better.
