  Sorry to say I usually dont give reviews but I called to complain 😔 about 2 different instances at there location and the management was extremely rude I am disabled and on 2 different instances someone was parked in the handicap parking out front of there store the first instance yes they had a handicap plaque but they were only waiting on an employee to get off of work they were not going in they were just waiting in there car which they could have done in another spot and instance 2 there were 2 younger customers sitting in the handicap spot for over 20 mins just eating there treats it wasn't until I called an informed them I would be contacting the local police department that the manager came out and got extremely angry with me now mind you if I could park anywhere else u would but seeing I can only get around in a wheelchair and have no choice but to park in a handicap spot to where I can get in and out of my vehicle with out some one parking too close and there being no space i can not say for sure but as angry as she got and as rude as she was over a supposed stranger parking in the handicap spot was a little strange also for someone who is not allowed to say anything to someone parked in the handicap spot the people left pretty quickly after I threaten to contact local law enforcement you draw your own conclusions but her unfortunate behavior will definitely keep me from ever entering there establishment

  It’s a small business but it’s worth the time to sit and really enjoy the foods here. It’s a bit on the chilly side so bring a sweater.

  I used to love this place but as I’m on a calorie deficit I started looking at the nutrients and there’s so much added sugar and very high sodium. Some items are over the daily sodium intake. It’s very disappointing and un healthy and I can no longer eat the items.

  I love tropical! The food and the smoothies never fail at being so tasty. Today London was our cashier she made the experience so much better. Her customer service is amazing. She was patient and kind when I had questions about different drinks. What an awesome experience!

  There aren't too many places you can go to during a pandemic where the atmosphere is awesome and the service is even better except for Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Rockport, TX. By far, my favorite place in Rockport and Portland for that matter. There aren't to many healthy places to eat...Thank God for this one. If you live here or just passing through, make sure you stop by. The owner is amazing and she has selected a staff that reflects who she is, even when she isn't present. Hometown Service...You are sure to enjoy.
