  I placed an order through the app and encountered an issue with it. When I reached out, I was told the only option was to pay for a replacement, which was disappointing. I later sent a message and received a call while I was at work, but despite returning the call twice on separate days, I was unable to get a response. Based on this experience, customer service does not seem to be a priority. I would be open to returning in the future if someone is willing to address the issue and work toward a resolution.

  The Taco Bell in Rockport has been really good the times that I have been. The folks there are really nice and helpful. Service has been really good and fast!
