  Guy in the black hoodie doing drive thru. (around 11 at night. ) He either needs to get off those candies or not have a job at all. Terrible communication.

  Asked for a burger with no pickles and everything else, they gave us the burger with pickles and nothing else! Who is even working behind the counters? Worst food ever!

  Food came out fast and employees were friendly. The food was wrapped poorly and thrown in the bag. A bit bland but what I had expected for the price. With how fast the service is, I do wish they would slow down a little bit to make the food properly and not forget napkins, straws, condiments, etc.

  Do not waste your time or money here. Food is disgusting 🤮 . Paid almost $20 on two combos and couldn’t even eat it. My fries were room temp and when I asked for fresh ones they reheated the ones I already had causing them to get even more gross and shriveled. Ordered the fish burgers and couldn’t even eat them.

  If I could give this McDonald's a zero no Stars I would worst McDonald's ever they always mess up on your order. The shake machines never work. The food is always cold and the staff is rude... Lines are always long. You can guarantee even going to the drive-thru at a non-busy time of day you're going to be parked. Waiting for your food for at least 25 minutes. Then when you get your food your orders always wrong and food's cold Management is terrible in that place. I feel bad for the employees because they don't even know how to do their jobs correctly because no one teaches them and the management just yells at them. It's really quite ridiculous. I literally would drive to Aransas Pass to their McDonald's to get food rather than go here in Rockport
