Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger.     Terrible service. Bland food. Burgers don’t even taste like they’re seasoned. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for my milkshake and I’m nearly halfway done with my meal. I asked for extra jalapeño ranch and this is what I got. See picture. Really disappointed with the meal and the experience, this store really needs to better especially since they are the only whataburger in rockport.

    Food was great, and service was excellent! The staff had wonderful customer service and they even gave us some fun merchandise :) Whoever trains the staff - keep it up!! Thanks for a great experience!

    Absolute trash ... Customer service is terrible... The air conditioning isn't working appropriately. It's even worse when you use mobile orders at least in the drive through they have the added pressure of having to move the line. 30 minutes wait for nothing then another 3 day wait for a refund once they reply from corporate.

    I used to love coming here, but after witnessing what happened to a young employee, I’m honestly disappointed. Watching a manager yell at him, push him around, and then call him a “crybaby” was completely unacceptable. He couldn’t have been older than 16 or 17. No young person deserves to be treated like that in their workplace. This was distasteful and unprofessional. Do better. If this isn’t addressed, HR will absolutely be receiving an email.

    The manager should be fired, from yelling at her employees to actually shoving one of them. Absolutely unacceptable for a person of management position to lay hands on an employee for ANY reason! When asked to speak with her she fled to the back and wouldn't come out front to speak with us.
