I asked them why it looks like that when it never does. I’ve ordered it all the time and that’s the first time that happens!! I asked if they would just add 1 more scoop and they started all jumping to say how they need to charge me it. And that they can’t give anything without charging extra. Then when I just tried to return it they made it a big deal. I’ve been here multiple times as I live close and Never EVER has it looked like that. Poor customer service

I like to get my chocolate dipped cone first while my food order is being prepared hot and fresh! Also my go to for a quick icecream pick-me-up on my way home from work.
