  I decided to go through to Taco Bell 30 minutes before closing. I don’t like to be that customer who comes in when closing time is soon. But I had no option, I was simply just hungry. I go through the drive thru and no one took my order, just complete silence. I decided to go up to the window thinking someone would take my order, no one ever came out. I get that it’s almost closing time but there are no excuses to not take someone’s order. Mind you there was someone who had just gotten their order before me. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this Taco Bell at all. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

  Messed up every taco, soggy shell, wrong meat, more nacho cheese in the wrapper then inside the taco

  If the franchise has a conscience they will either shut this store down, or intently re-train the people here. Absolutel garbage food. And there is no way any self respecting person didn't know they were putting out awful food. I suspect the reason they don't offer you your receipt here is because there have been multiple complaints about this location and its staff.

  This is called Taco Hell. And Any Resturant that serves Pepsi products, the food will also suck. Get better staff. Get a better location.

  Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. This location has the lowest rating of the Taco Bells in the area, and it’s not hard to see why. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. I requested no beans due to a dietary restriction and paid for extra beef, yet the food came out with beans and without the extra beef. When I asked for it to be remade, the manager, Travis, argued with me about what I could visibly see and taste, laughed in my face, and refused to fix the order. Childish, dismissive behavior and zero accountability. Don’t bother with on-site management…contact corporate instead or go to another location.
