Although I had to wait longer than I anticipated, after placing an on-line order earlier in the day, to be picked up at a certain time, I waited patiently & watched a LOT of hard working employees doing their very best. They all seemed to be trying to work together & I appreciate that. And every few minutes, someone would check in with me & also give me an update on my order. When my order was finally ready, the shift supervisor/manager offered her apologies & gave me my food & said: “Sir, this order is on us tonight. So sorry about the wait.” I told her I’d definitely be back & I certainly will. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but, Domino’s certainly has THAT together! My order was correct & the food was delicious!! Thanks Domino’s Pizza! Keep up the good work!! 😊
