  Worst service ever. I waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes. I called the store, and they told me it would be a couple more minutes because they were behind. However, the parking lot was empty, and they had already been open for 45 minutes, so there was no clear reason for the delay. As someone who has worked in restaurants, I know employees typically arrive at least an hour to an hour and a half before opening. The employee told me they got there late, but even then, 45 minutes had already passed since opening, so they should not have still been behind—especially with no customers. I placed a mobile order, and when I tried to leave the drive-thru to go inside and check on it, the doors were locked. I called the store again, but this time I was ignored. The employee later claimed the phone was broken and she couldn’t hear me, even though she had answered my earlier call while I was waiting. When I finally spoke to her and explained that I shouldn’t have had to wait that long, she became upset and slammed the drive-thru window in my face.

  Dave is rolling over on his grave. The person that took our order was nice though, made sure to get the right toys in the kid's meals for my daughters.

  If you have the audacity to charge .50 for a 1oz BBQ sauce you had better be able to afford competent enough employees to package the BBQ sauce I paid for. (Spoiler alert: they do not)
