  I had a tremendously horrible experience at this Panera bread today. I didn't get the managers name and I don't know if the woman I approached regarding the situation was or not. Because when I asked for the manager I didn't get an answer. I went to use the bathroom before eating my food. When I flushed the toilet the pipe the handle is connected to bent back of the toilet and water shot out at me spraying me from head to toe. TOILET WATER!!! All over my face!!! I got I was on my lunch break. The female I approached started to question me when I asked for the manager while drying water off my face and glasses. She started asking me question such as "how" and "what do you mean". No apology, are you okay nothing of concern as far as customer service or management behavior being a manager myself. She came around the counter to evaluate the situation and had me walk with as if I was a child who was being mischievous. She looked at it and touched and said she would make a call to have it fixed. She spoke to me as if I was a peasant and not worthy of her time and attention. I truly feel that I was treated the way I was treated by her because I am a latina. She asked me if I wanted a towel and I said yes thank you. I was given a kitchen towel that smelled like old grease. I was not about to sit down and eat after that whichever assumed I was. After she gave me the towel she walked away. I grabbed my belongings and went to the register and asked for a refund. I will be contacting the corporate because my belongings were damaged in the process. Water got all in my pocketbook and in my ear phones which are now not working die to the water. It was chilly and rainy out and I left that restaurant wet cold and angry. I had my jacket on when I went to the bathroom so that was wet as well. I had to take off work early to go shower. So I also lost money in the process. The floor was very sticky I might add which made me not want to stay but I had a time limit of course being on my lunch break and the counter person was unpleasant as well. I guess this is what I get for being lazy and not just going to eat lunch somewhere else.

  A 30-minute wait in the drive-thru with just one car ahead is excessive. I hope this location works on improving their timing and service.

  This is a travesty. Not a sandwich. 40 dollars and a 10 minute wait in the drive thru for runny Mac, a bowl of lettuce and an over toasted chunk of bread with not even a bit of cheese in between it. When did Panera fall off? This used to be good in quality and value. Won’t be returning.

  We had a really great experience at Panera Bread. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Everything tasted exactly how you’d hope it would—simple, satisfying, and well-prepared. Overall, everything was good—from the food to the environment to the overall experience. We would definitely come back again.
