  Panera bread drive thru has become a part of my daily routine. The food/drinks are always fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff has become such a pleasant part to the start of my morning. They are friendly, kind, and you can tell they are happy working together. Special shout out to Ally and Cheyenne. They always remember me and ask how my day is going. Love this place!

  The one major thing that grosses me out is the stench of this Panera location. Every time I have been inside it smells like some sort of bodily fluid. Once I smell it I have absolutely no appetite. A few times I have been there where the customer service is not up to par either. I asked for salt one time and the employee mentioned they did not have any. I took the time to look around and found a bunch of packets by the pick up window. Nothing I hate worse is poor customer service. Though I do have to say there are other employees there that have provided good customer service. I would for sure give this Panera location a good cleaning and scrubbing though and fix that horrible smell inside.

  This was the longest I’ve ever waited for food anywhere besides the Argyle Starbucks. We arrived right at 7:00 PM and waited 17 minutes just to receive one of our two pickup orders. It then took over 30 minutes to get our two drinks. On top of that, we also ordered two drinks through the drive-thru while waiting. The drinks were visibly sitting on the counter, yet no one could take the 30 seconds to hand them to us. The employee at the window moved with zero urgency. They gave us our food but forgot our drink entirely, so after half an hour we had to go inside ourselves just to retrieve a single lemonade they’d overlooked. Waiting this long for one sandwich and a couple drinks is honestly unacceptable. Being understaffed explains delays — it doesn’t excuse disorganization and lack of attention. I won’t be coming back. This location seriously needs a better system and more attentive staff.

  Great drive-through experience at Panera! Sophie helped me out and I realized I ordered the wrong size—she fixed it quickly with no hassle at all. Service is everything nowadays, and Sophie absolutely nailed it. She deserves a raise!
