  For somewhere that advertises ‘fast’ … I have waited for my preordered sandwiches EVERY TIME I have eaten here. So if you like growing a beard out as you wait for your sandwich, then you will love this place!

  I placed an order on the app for this location. And I go there to pick up my food and it's closed all the windows are blocked and they're no longer there, but they took my money. I was told it would be refunded to me and it was not, very disappointed in Jimmy John's for allowing that to happen. If the location was closed the order should have never went through

  Came in to order my lunch and it took 15 minutes to get my food. Should have noticed all the people waiting. Great sandwiches but not freaky fast. Hire more people and pay them what they’re worth! Especially now that your prices have gone way up.

  Freakishly fast, so good. Can't pay for delivery, too expensive. So I get pick up and go!

  I came in on a Thursday night and they were pretty busy and only had 2 people working. I waited about 10 min which didn't seem that long to me since there were a few people ahead of me but the guy was nice and attentive enough to give me a free brownie. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Thanks so much!
