  I really wanted to enjoy this location because I’ve always had consistently great experiences at Chipotle, and it’s rare for me to rate any of their spots below four stars. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t meet expectations. I stopped in close to closing time (which may have been where I messed up 🤷🏻‍♂️), but there were still about 30 minutes left before closing. That said, the store literally looked like it was already closed or just about to close. Several of the meats, including my steak, were sitting out on the counter and felt cool to the touch by the time I got my bowl. They were also out of cheese, which was disappointing. Some of the rice seemed undercooked or possibly overdone in spots, with hard, crunchy grains mixed in. I asked for lemon juice or lemons and was told they don’t carry any, which honestly caught me off guard… especially considering the lemon juice used for pico 😒 I’m sharing this feedback because I know the brand usually delivers a much better experience. I still think highly of Chipotle overall, but this particular location didn’t reflect the quality I’ve come to expect. I hope improvements are made, because I’d love to see this spot live up to the brand’s standard. I truly hope things improve, because this visit didn’t just miss the mark..it completely changed my willingness to give this location another chance.

  while checking out i asked the young lady, with red hair, glasses with a goofy band aid on her ear if i could buy some chips and she said they didn’t have anymore for the night, But proceeded to give a customer right behind me chips…after calling her out on her unnecessary behavior she said “uhhh would you like regular or large chips”. The food was cold and tasted disgusting.

  We came in around 7:30 there was no more chicken and they said they’re not going to make anymore. Then I got a side of chips the girl with the red hair said we don’t have anymore… and then proceeded to give the person next to us a bag of chips whenever they asked for it and they didn’t place a mobile order or anything she just didn’t want to give us the chips.

  Great food, they made it fast, but the asked us to eat outside an hour before closing, AFTER we ordered our food, so one of their employees could get off early. If your restaurant says it closes at 10:00, then I would expect to be able to eat inside until 10:00. Not a very professional environment.

  No fajita veggies, no corn salsa, no pico, no chips. I asked why and given lame excuse that they didn’t forecast correctly I said ok, then since you don’t have all of those items that would come with my bowl, can I get no charge for the quad. She said no we are still charging. I said you don’t think it’s fair to offset those missing items. She said no, I don’t see how that’s our fault. Just a real wow moment there. Couldn’t make it more obvious you don’t care about your customers. She then proceeds to underfill everything. Own your errors guys and care about your customers. That’s not asking too much.
