  This place need a better management , the place was super dirty , customer horrible, the worse chipotle location that I ever been.

  Empty. Stood in line for 5 minutes. One employee pointed at me and a Very disheveled manager mumbled "Yeahhhh we'll be with... A moment" not sure if substances were involved but I 100% see why the Chipotle out here is rated so poorly and was empty last time I visited as well. Terrible.

  This chipotle has the rudest employees ever. The red-headed heavier set guy, and the woman who always wears the mask. Literally, you’d think these two were forced to work there as their sentence to hell and we are all subject to their attitude and subpar service that ruin bowls.

  I really wanted to enjoy this location because I’ve always had consistently great experiences at Chipotle, and it’s rare for me to rate any of their spots below four stars. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t meet expectations. I stopped in close to closing time (which may have been where I messed up 🤷🏻‍♂️), but there were still about 30 minutes left before closing. That said, the store literally looked like it was already closed or just about to close. Several of the meats, including my steak, were sitting out on the counter and felt cool to the touch by the time I got my bowl. They were also out of cheese, which was disappointing. Some of the rice seemed undercooked or possibly overdone in spots, with hard, crunchy grains mixed in. I asked for lemon juice or lemons and was told they don’t carry any, which honestly caught me off guard… especially considering the lemon juice used for pico 😒 I’m sharing this feedback because I know the brand usually delivers a much better experience. I still think highly of Chipotle overall, but this particular location didn’t reflect the quality I’ve come to expect. I hope improvements are made, because I’d love to see this spot live up to the brand’s standard. I truly hope things improve, because this visit didn’t just miss the mark..it completely changed my willingness to give this location another chance.
