  Look, I'm not one to usually write a review but I felt like I had to for this. Came here a few nights ago to get their chicken sandwich and some fries and it was pretty chill. Location was clean besides the side of the soda machine, but I didn't really pay it any mind. Once I got my order (came out pretty quick) I brought it home and ate an awesome meal. So you can imagine my disappointment when i woke up with food poisoning the next day. Mind you I was fasting so this was the only meal I had that day. I guess I didn't check the chicken before I ate it but come on people, Please COOK the chicken! You don't wanna go through what happens if you don't, Trust.

  Virginia was awesome! She made sure our food was perfect! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of…the other wingstop down the road on Grand Parkway in Richmond manager was so rude! This Wingstop is the best one i’ve been to yet. Food, Service and Atomsphere was amazing! Virginia was so sweet…we will definitely be back!

  I received a marketing email from Wingstop for a discount so I decided to visit them today. We visited the location in Aliana near our home for the first time today for lunch hour. I asked the lady at the counter about the promotion that was sent to me via email and she told me I would have to make that order online to get the deal and so I did. My wife and I were the only ones in the store and we sat at the table close to their counter for 30 minutes. I was then concerned that it was taking too long so I approached the counter and found the two ladies at the very back of their cooking area using their cellphones. I called out to them and asked if my order would be ready soon. She then walked to a metal shelf area and retrieved 2 bags and asked for my name and when I told her, she said my food was already ready. I got upset because she knew I was waiting on my food more than 30 minutes ago, and we sat in front of their counter so we could be seen. She replied well I didn't know what your name was and she told me it was my duty to approach the counter to collect my food. I told her, I am the only one in the store sitting right in front of you and I told her you knew I ordered the food online because I did it right away as she instructed me to do! We were the only customers in the store and my order was the only one on the shelf. I was shocked that she didn't have the intelligence and decency to simply inquire my name because my order was sitting on their shelf for some time getting cold. I had a $5 bill in my hand which I was going to leave them as a tip, but then decided not to do so, because of their lack of common sense to service their only customer in the store. My wife and I left with our food dissatisfied with the service and when we got home to prepare the table to feed our family, we were missing 5 pieces of chicken from our 50 Family Pack order. Many of the pieces that we did get had very little dressing or sauce on them as well. I will never go to this place again and I do not recommend them at all. Incompetent employees who cannot count and prepare the wings properly unlike other Wingstop locations who do a fabulous job in serving their wings and customers. This location does not come close to the quality and service of other locations I have visited in the past. I hope the owner/operator provides better training to these employees at this location because they are terrible and clueless when it comes to service.
