  We have eaten these probably atleast 5 times in two weeks, but last night was epic. One of our friends went in to get 40 wings and shared some prior experiences and came across the management team who appreciated the mutual love for wings and other common denominators - instead of just giving us our select flavors they provided us with samples of almost everything on the menu for a large party of 9 people - the food, taste, ambiance, service and to have it in close proximity makes this our new go to place for any night specially boys night. Love it. Thinking of a loyalty program and also will consciously try to eat everything on the menu. Great job.

  I was excited to see a location opening near me but unfortunately I don't think I'll frequent this location. On my first visit the cashier didn't know how to ring up a group combo so I had to buy the fries and dip separately. My second try, there were way more employees, I order well done and they weren't. I was also missing part of my order and when I tried calling to get that handled, no one answered the phone. After getting by the AI the phone just rung and rung, I called multiple times. I really wanted this to be my new wing go to.

  Wow! Tried it at opening day and it was phenomenal. We were the last customers before they ran out and let me tell you, we are loyal customers now. The wings were perfectly fried, crispy, flavorful-perfect. The corn and fries were great too, and the ranch was perfection. We even felt fine after eating them, which is typically not the case when we get wings from Wingstop. We will most definitely be back. Great addition to the Richmond food scene.

  In a world where wing joints are aplenty, this is definitely not a bad place to get them from. Ordered online and everything was correct and nicely stacked for easy transport, so the service was on point! Had the hot honey (dry rub), korean bbq, and hot lemon pepper flavors. The heat levels were pretty much the same for all three sauces (not spicy). The wings were nicely coated and weren't drowning in a pool of sauce like I've had at some other wing places. The flavors were what you expected, chicken was nicely cooked and crispy, so no complaints there. Will definitely return whenever the wing cravings hit

  Tried out Wingbay (@wingbay.us) a newly opened spot in Richmond TX—and it definitely lived up to the hype. We ordered the 24-piece bone-in wings with a mix of flavors: Original Hot, Cajun, and Lemon Pepper, along with an order of Buffalo Ranch Fries. The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Each seasoning stood out in its own way. The Cajun had a bold, spicy kick, the Lemon Pepper was zesty and well-balanced, and the Original Hot delivered that classic, satisfying heat. The Buffalo Ranch Fries were just as impressive—crispy fries loaded with creamy sauces and seasoning that tied everything together. Definitely a must-order. Overall, everything we tried was on point. Great quality, generous portions, and solid flavor across the board. For a first visit, Wingbay made a strong impression—this is easily a spot I’ll be coming back to.
