My experience was disappointing. The two girls working there were more focused on chatting with each other while I stood there waiting to order and I was the only one there. Eventually after they finished their conversation, one of them took my order, but the service didn’t feel welcoming. On top of that, my coffee was not good—it tasted overly bitter and lacked flavor. I went out of my way to visit, and I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else.

I came here on a rainy day really early and service was exceptional! The barista let me know early that the pudding for my banana bread matcha was still in the making and it was gonna take a few minutes. The girls were very sweet to accommodate with a free croissant and free drink, All while keeping me updated on my drink! Service is for sure the best part of this place aside from the amazing food and great atmosphere !!!

Easily one of the most beautifully designed cafes I’ve ever visited. You feel warm welcomed the second you step inside. The staff were very attentive and kind. I personally enjoyed the Korean wings, chicken and waffles and sweet potato fires. My friends loved the banana bread latte. Unfortunately this was the last stop in my HTX trip, so I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu.

i usually dont write reviews but as a former barista and worker in customer service i gotta say it was bad. We were a group of 10+ people trying this place out for the first time during ramadan. Pretty much everyone got the cardamom chai as it was really hyped and it was good. My friend had gotten coffee which was made WAYYY too strong (almost like 4 shots) and i went up to ask them to redo or give us something of equal or less value (the tiny kid sized cup was full to the brim) the first barista wearing a hijab was rude, rolled her eyes and acted as if she didnt wanna deal with customers (which i understand) she passed me onto another one who said "our policy does'nt allow for us to remake drinks" I have NEVER heard of such a policy it just seemed like they didnt wanna remake it. I ended up buying my friend another drink (cardamom chai) and it tasted bad !!! it didnt taste the same as the ones my friends got, it barely tasted like cardamom at all!!! Overall bad customer service, tiny cup size and inconsistent drinks. we were a big group of people and EVERYONE bought something but unfortunately none of us will be returning :(

I really wanted to like this place because they're right across the street and have tried it several times to give them multiple chances. But each time it's been a letdown. There are many other coffeeshops and you've got to stay competitive in this market. The prices are high for the quality and size. Food is just meh and very overpriced for the amount. No thought seems to be put into things like how they serve ice cream on a plate y'all! With the gulabi waffle. Like how do you eat melting ice cream on a plate?!? Lol From the few times we've been here the only drink I've enjoyed is the chai, but for the size it's overpriced. Also they serve it way too hot to be served in a cup with no handle. My go to is an oatmilk latte with honey and it has tasted different each time and the espresso is just too weak. Service is always slow and there doesn't seem to be any proper method in how the girls making drinks are trained. I once came in and there was only one girl working and she had several drink cups lined up, but would stop every time someone else walked up to order. When I ordered no one else was in line. Yet it still took close to 20 mins to get my drink. This seems to be the norm every time we come regardless of how many girls are behind the counter. Which by the way, the girls behind the counter are just waaay to chatty. Amongst themselves, but especially with male customers. It comes across as very unprofessional and just cringe. The idea and concept were over hyped on Instagram but unfortunately I haven't seen it play out.
