  This Taco Bell is garbage I went there with nothing but happiness and respect, at first they said there grill didn’t work keep in mind I ordered 2 burritos that involved grilling it, beef, sour cream a lot of stuff, they didn’t tell me they had absolutely nothing and to cancel my order instead they gave me 2 burritos filled with beans, I don’t understand why people work there and have horrible customer service or anything, I didn’t go there anytime late or before they closed or anything so I shouldn’t have gotten this treatment and yall need to hire people that care about there jobs, this isn’t even about the burrito anymore just the lack of respect this is absolutely garbage. MAKE SURE YALL CHECK YALL FOOD THEY WILL PLAY YALL SO THEY DONT WORK.

  This used to be one of the best Taco Bells i go to but every time I go lately around 11pm they have no proteins ready and expect us to wait 45 minutes for it them to be ready and whatever additional time in the line. Not sure if they got new management or what. They also dont acknowledge at the mic or the window when they are out. I drove around twice and the worker in the window ignored me. Its been like this for a few months now. If youre gonna run out of proteins dont let us order in the app or have the automages voice at the drive thru leave a message instead of ignoring customers

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location (Store #035731). I came through the drive-thru and when I got to the window, I tried to give the cashier my code so I could earn my rewards points. He didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and came off very rude. Instead of helping, he told me I would have to go back through the drive-thru just to use my code, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. When I received my food, I asked for extra napkins and mild sauce, and again, he had an attitude and didn’t respond politely. There was no “thank you” or “have a good day,” which really stood out. My kids and I love Taco Bell and we go often, but this was my first time at this location, and the customer service was not up to standard at all. I hope management addresses this because it definitely left a bad impression.

  The price of Taco Bell is ridiculous these days. And the food isn't like it used to be in the old days. For the money I spent we could have went to a real sit-down Mexican place. The place was clean and the employees did a good job.
