They gave me two packs of strawberries with a ton of white mold on them and had to throw them both away, as well as some shallots what had gone bad and I did not receive the correct amount I paid for in any case. The amount of times this has happened is insane. Buyer Beware! Stay away from the produce at this location. Been terrible for years.

They don't have cashiers, I can never find anyone that actually knows where things are, but my biggest gripe is simply how Randalls conducts business. It started years ago with a phone number. I get the original price if I enter a phone number, the elevated price without. Sure. Then the whole coupon system I just don't understand. Why do I need an app to shop for groceries? My wife added several things to my cart. At checkout, I questioned the price of an item. I said excuse me, that is supposed to only cost this much...they responded OH, you have to buy that online for pick up. Why? really, why?. I called the corporate number and tried to explain my issues and was promised a return call. That never came. If Randalls doesn't care, why should I? I would rather buy from the store right in my neighborhood but have to drive 3 miles to do my grocery shopping. HEB does not require any of this nonsense to get the best price they can afford to sell at and still make a profit. UPDATE: The standard cut and paste response to this review was applied.
