  Nhân viên dịch vụ thái độ không tốt, vào tối 1/4 tôi là Dasher vào pick up hỏi anh to bé không trả lời cho tôi biết gi,và nhiều chi nhánh tôi điều thấy thái độ phục vụ không tôn trọng, hoặc" có phân biệt đối xử? Dasher pick up,tôi đã thấy nhiều chi nhánh của McDonald's như vậy, tối qua tôi gặp phải đơn hàng không vui

  Joseph in the drive thru is ALWAYS pleasant, has great customer service and has a excellent attitude when I visit this location. Just wanted to show him some customer appreciation.

  Our family have given business to this location for a long time. This location we usually will receive good customer service accept for one past experience and a current experience. Came to order meals for the family one morning, and we didn't receive everything that we paid for with the order. Now the problem I have with this business, is if you forgot to put everything in the bag that's one thing. I understand mistakes are made. But how you make something right, and make the customer want to come back is another thing. The response through management was, we can replace it for you or give you a refund.🤔 Now there is no mistake when it comes to getting all the money that it takes to pay for the order. When I go to the pump gas is not free, and the wasted time you will use to go back and get what was left out, you can't get it back. My advice to anyone reading this review, is to make sure your order is correct before you leave, because this location will not make your experience worth while if you have to return. Female and male manager told me, no we can only replace it or give me a refund. Very sad!!!

  ordered delivery and missing one of the burgers from the three value meals on the order. Refused to deliver the missing one and tried to blame the Uber driver. Uber driver was livid and said that this location is notorious for shorting the order and placing blame elsewhere. Bags were sealed and handed to driver so there is no way the driver can be at fault. Three orders of fries were soggy. So after paying for the delivery fee and the delivery service they only wanted to throw in an extra order of fries to make up for it. They must really think that we are that clueless. Since we had to send someone back there to get the missing burger we might as well have not had it delivered. I’m owed another burger and my delivery fee. When speaking to the manager whom I could not understand because of a language barrier, she was dismissive and refused to accept blame.
