  Even though I was clearly inside the restaurant and showed my order, they refused to give it to me because it was set to drive thru.

  Not certain it this is accurate or not but they say they close from 3:45 am - 4:20 am to set up for breakfast. I placed an order on the app before 4 am and they said they couldn't make it due to the change from dinner to breakfast. They said the app will automatically refund but I had to do it myself. Sounds like b.s. to me. But if I'm wrong then I'm wrong.

  There is a sign letting you know High Scoolers are NOT ALLOWED to use the restrooms at this location, but they have a jungle gym

  Very Bad service! After the 25 Mins to 30 Mins long wait they informed me order wasn’t received. Very Disappointed with their service.

  It’s KIDS KIDS KIDS that work here! No customer service no “hello” no t”thank you” no “your welcome” 10kids on shift 1 manager. I ordered medium fries and nuggets. I asked for fresh fries. They threw a small order in the bag. I went in spoke to the manager on duty. Told her the customer service is below par and the paid medium I ordered vs. the small in this bag. She went to show them kids in the back and the black boy with blonde dreads comes to the front smacks his lips go back and came back to stare me in my face as a intimidating factor. The lady was waiting for her food the girl asked did she order a 20piece she said yes the girl put the bag down and walked away. No “here is your order” “your order is ready” NOTHING the lady stood there like what the hell. I said call corporate. I understand giving kids a job but please TRAIN THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE! reciept umber 1350 6:07pm 2/28
