  I visited the restaurant at 2 different locations. first was Fwy 290 and then at Richmond. Had a great experience with friends and family. Food is awesome, portions are great. We received complimentary house chips being the first time visitors to the Richmond location. Lovely and friendly staff with great service. drinks are good- Smoked maple bacon old fashioned, Pog Sloshie, watermelon margarita- loved all of them. Campfire pot roast, Idaho trout, Iron steak, and FRIES were the best. We will come back again.. and def with our dog! they have special seating and menu for furry ones!!

  This was our first time at this location and first time bringing our white husky. Our Bacon Candy starter had great flavor, our toddlers loved them. The bacon arrived cold, not sure if that is intentional or not. We enjoyed weekend brunch. My favorite is the Country Quiche and it has large bites of ham. Though I miss the hash brown cake I used to get at other locations. Hubs got the breakfast burrito and said it was spicier than he remembered. It came with guacamole. Our toddlers sharred the kids brunch 2 eggs 2 bacon and tater tots. Of course we also spent $6 to get our sweet pup her chicken bowl with brown rice, peas and carrots. The Peach Sangria is delicious and the $15 pitcher serves about 4 glases so perfect to share.

  Layla is absolutely incredible! From the moment i was seated, she brought such a warm and welcoming energy to my table. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure i had everything i needed without ever being overbearing. What truly stood out was her positive attitude, she has the best disposition and made the entire experience feel special! It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Layla went above and beyond to make sure i enjoyed my meal, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. If you get the chance to have Layla as your waitress, you’re in for an amazing experience!

  My children and I stopped by for a late lunch and fell in love. The atmosphere is warm and cozy- it has a relaxing ski lodge vibe. We sat in a comfortable booth. Our sever Jake was super helpful, friendly and patient as this was our first visit. He walked us through the menu, made excellent suggestions, and checked in on us frequently. We chose entrées from the lunch menu and the portions were perfect. The homemade potato chips were a delicious and fun starter. We were impressed with both the presentation and flavors. My daughter raved about the fish and chips- stating that the batter was absolutely perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the blackened shrimp tacos.The menu is filled with lots of fun family style options. Jake assured us that as a scratch menu they can accommodate preferences and allergies. Every staff member we encountered during our visit was extremely friendly. Our server suggested a seasonal Yuzu lime cheesecake for dessert- it was honestly one of the best desserts I've had in a while. The bright citrus and creamy cheesecake pair beautifully. It's really special. It was a surprise hit with everyone at the table. We will definitely return with the rest of the family soon- and I'm certain Lazy Dog will be a new family favorite restaurant. 10 out of 10 - would recommend!

  I haven’t come across a restaurant that gets everything right in a long time, but this place truly nailed it! From the moment I walked in, the positive energy was palpable. Here’s why this spot is special: • Spotless Cleanliness: I was honestly impressed. Everything—and I mean everything—was sparkling clean, from the floors and chairs to the restrooms and the plates themselves. • Exceptional Management & Staff: It was my first visit, and the hospitality was next level. The Restaurant Manager is wonderful and handles everything with grace, while our waitress was incredibly organized and fast. They even surprised us with a complimentary appetizer, which was a lovely touch! • Quality You Can Taste: I ordered the Roast Beef and a salad, and the flavors were fantastic. Even the water tasted remarkably fresh and clean—it’s rare to find a place that pays such close attention to the smallest details. • Unique Kids' Meals: Even the children’s meals were served with a creative flair that you don’t see elsewhere. • Value for Money: The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and service provided. It is very rare to find a restaurant that masters food quality, hygiene, and elite service all in one go. Without any exaggeration, this was a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend it!
