Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

This location has always been slow with long wait times and hardly any customers when I have gone. I am only writing this review to speak on one of the employees named Matthew who I think is outstanding, respectful, and goes above and beyond. Keep it up kid!

Rehanna took our order through the drive thru and she was amazing! She was so kind and energetic, and my husband and I were really blown away by her level of customer service. It was such a great experience, very different from previous visits and from what you typically see at fast food restaurants.

This has to be the worst Whataburger location in Richmond which is sad because they have prime location. The food is ALWAYS cold, no matter the time of tne day. Be prepared to wait 20 min in the drive through for the food to STILL be cold and their sweet tea is not tea it’s just simple syrup water with a splash of syrup with probably a splash of one brewed tea bag OR it tastes old. My kids love Whataburger but I am sick and tired of this location. Drive to the other location in Bella Terra and save yourself the money!
