Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Placed a mobile order and instead of telling me to pull up on the right side so they can just run me my order. They made me wait 30 mins in line while everyone else got their hot food but I got cold food. Absolutely ridiculous.

the lady taking the orders in the drive-through is very rude yelling on the mic with attitude because I’m Trying to customize my burger, maybe she should be in the back on fries or burgers instead of dealing with customers when she obviously does not have the demeanor for it no customer wants to be yelled at

I am very disappointed with my repeated experiences at this location during the night shift. The line is consistently extremely long, customer service is poor, and during my most recent visit my drink was flat. This has happened multiple times, not just once. When I visit in the mornings or early evenings, the service is great, which makes it clear the issue lies with the night shift. This location needs better management and accountability overnight.

The line is always outrageous, the customer service at night is terrible, and this time my drink was flat. I spoke with night time Manager AMBER about my concerns and she had a nasty attitude.
This is not a one-time issue — every other night I come to this location, it's the same poor service and lack of urgency. What's frustrating is that when I come in the mornings or evenings, the customer service is great. The problem is clearly the night shift, and they seriously need improvement. Customers shouldn't expect worse service just because it's late.

Extremely slow at the front , as a delivery guy I tell you its hell and money loss to wait the ridiculous amounts of time they make you wait. They prioritize the drive through and wont even hand the delivery that way. Also customers be waiting to dine in minimum 20 minutes and its not even packed the place be empty and people just standing and waiting
