They don’t know how to cook cheese curds though I received a large cheese curd that basically all the cheese has been melted out….. when you’re cooking cheese curds the cheese is not supposed to come out of the breading… otherwise you’re left with the empty hollow piece of bread with no cheese…

The burger itself was a little above average juicy and flavorful, with great topping options that really added to the experience. As you can see from the photos, it was a bit of a messy burger, but honestly, I love a good messy burger, so no complaints there! The real disappointment came with the pickle chips. I ordered a large, but what I got barely looked like a handful. For the price, it definitely didn’t feel worth it. On top of that, they were way too salty so much so that we ended up throwing them out. Overall, the burger was enjoyable, but the sides and value left me underwhelmed.

I tried to give it another try and order a family meal , I asked if I could substitute tomatoes with mushrooms since my kids do not like tomatoes but they refused. When we got our order, the chicken strips were not cooked and the breading was literally falling off as we tried to pick it. The meal comes with a full order of fries but there were hardly any fries in our tray. Overall very disappointed with this place. They really need to work on their customer service because I would hate to see them lose business.
