  Finally got the time to check this coffee shop out and I can confidently say that I will be a regular. Saadia, Ashib and Areeba were very courteous in their service. Their demeanor made it feel like I had been a regular! Not sure what beans they use but the quality of the coffee is definitely the best out of any other coffee shop in the area. This will now be my new spot for my evening coffee runs.

  I’ve been wanting to try this coffee spot since it opened because it’s right behind my apartment, so I finally came in with my brother expecting a decent first experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely lacking. When we walked in, there was no greeting at all. The staff continued talking behind the counter and did not acknowledge us. We stood at the counter looking at the menu for about a minute before the cashier finally asked if we were ready to order. While I was in the middle of placing our order, the cashier interrupted me to greet another customer. That felt especially off considering we weren’t greeted at all when we first walked in. A simple “hello” goes a long way, and consistency in how customers are treated matters. The matcha was okay nothing memorable. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. This place has potential because of its location, but basic acknowledgment and attentiveness need serious improvement. You never know who you are serving in your public business, first impressions matter .

  Last Sunday I called to let them know an issue I had with my drink & they were so kind to give me a free drink ! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go that same day so they were even okay for me to come back another day . I think you spell her name Areeba she was wonderful!!! Thank you wah love the matcha !

  Really nice little spot. Food is so-so & a bit pricey for what it is but you can just skip it for a drink, of which they have a really good selection. Ultimately, it’s the staff & setting that really sets this place apart. I’ve been a few times now & it’s always clean, well kept/organized, and the staff have been really friendly each time. Highly recommend checking out whether you’re in the area or need to make a drive out to it, it’s more than worth a visit.

  Wah Coffee is such a vibe. From the moment I walked in, my favorite song was playing and the whole place felt aesthetic, warm, and welcoming. The energy was calm but still lively. Shazia and Zehra were genuinely some of the sweetest baristas I have met. They gave amazing drink suggestions and were super kind and attentive. Their friendliness made the environment feel even more comfortable and inviting. Between the great music, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service, Wah is a place you actually want to stay in, I will definitely be coming back!
