I went with my mom around 11-12 in the morning before going to school. I have ordered from here before and never got bad customer service but I guess the morning shift sucks. My mom didn’t want to spend much but she wanted a chalupa so I myself ordered the luxe box and she ordered the number 1 with 2 chalupas. After seeing the price my mom said never mind and just wanted what I was getting which was the Luxe box. The cashier said she already made the food so we couldn’t change our order so my mom just drove to the window so she could talk to her. We explained to the cashier what we wanted and she said no and my mom said never mind to her food entirely. I wonder why the cashier couldn’t just put her chalupa in the box and call it a day but I digress. I’ve worked in the food industry before and this would be a non issue for a lot of places but I guess she just wasn’t having it this day. No one disrespects my mother like that so I hope the higher ups see this review.

It was nice to speak to a person at the drive through for my order. The man at the window had a conversation with me while I waited for my food. The food came out fast, hot and tasted great.
