  Very Very VERY terrible customer service and I regret giving my business here to be frank that cashier shouldn’t work in the service industry again. I went with my mom around 11-12 in the morning before going to school. I have ordered from here before and never got bad customer service but I guess the morning shift sucks. My mom didn’t want to spend much but she wanted a chalupa so I myself ordered the luxe box and she ordered the number 1 with 2 chalupas. After seeing the price my mom said never mind and just wanted what I was getting which was the Luxe box. The cashier said she already made the food so we couldn’t change our order so my mom just drove to the window so she could talk to her. We explained to the cashier what we wanted and she said no and my mom said never mind to her food entirely. I wonder why the cashier couldn’t just put her chalupa in the box and call it a day but I digress. I’ve worked in the food industry before and this would be a non issue for a lot of places but I guess she just wasn’t having it this day. No one disrespects my mother like that so I hope the higher ups see this review.

  Absolutely wonderful drive through experience. My receipt shows my cashier was Mir. The two people at the window were very nice and professional. It was nice to speak to a person at the drive through for my order. The man at the window had a conversation with me while I waited for my food. The food came out fast, hot and tasted great.

  Today on December 3, 2025 after 6pm, I came to this location to receive items that were missing from the previous day, and returned to receive them. I want to thank the manager Mr.Jonathan for taking care of the customers by making a correction to the order. When I came in tonight I must say that my experience coming back was a very unpleasant and unprofessional one. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Ms.Jasmine G. if she is the actual person that signed on to that register. She looked up at the side of my head like I was the problem, and bothered by me mentioning about receiving what was already discussed to me. I was not there looking for a hand out, this was an order that had been paid for the day before. I was not the one who prepared the order the day before. I also wanted to add more items, that I would be paying out of my pocket, and she rudely walked away without hearing me out. So she sends Ms. Fatimah to help me with my order. I must that all my 5 star ratings is based on my experience with Ms.Fatimah. She was phenomenal and kind. She changed my feelings anger, to being able to smile. Whoever the manager me be, please acknowledge Ms.Fatimah for her act of kindness.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  They do not try to help you place your order with the machine that you must use. You should not have to use the machine to place order if you do not want to.
