    Very poor experience at Taco Bell in Bella Terra. We made our purchase through the drive-through. Upon arriving home, we noticed that our order was inaccurate. I called and asked to speak with the manager at which time I was directed to Jocelyn, who is the supposed manager. I explained to her the situation her response was what would you like me to do. I said that she could either refund me for the missing items or she could replace my order. She stated that in order for her to refund my order I had to bring the entire order back. I explained to her that I was not bringing the entire order back. I just wanted to be refunded for the missing items. After going back-and-forth for a while, I asked the name of the restaurant manager or the number to corporate. She told me I would have to look it up. I commented on her poor customer Service, which then led her to begin an argument with me so I just hang up the phone. I will be calling and speaking with corporate Or the district manager next week.

    The worker running the drive thru at 4:07 am Tuesday the 23rd gave us the best service. 10/10 definitely coming back.

    I knew better but it was the closest location... this Taco Bell is the definition of greedy. It's clear the owner/management is trying to line their pockets but skimping on portions. EVERYTHING is 25-50% of what the actual portion should be. This is a pathetic excuse of a "taco"
