We call and wait to speak to a manger who calls the customer by the wrong name, doesn’t look up the order, and doesn’t even apologize. Just had an in-store experience where the bakery didn’t have a clue (asked for a garlic bread. Brought me out a literal frozen baguette). My family member asked for a manager, and they couldn’t be bothered after 10+ minutes because the associate didn’t even call over the right person. My family member just left after having a completely wasted trip and experience. HEB items are at least in-date. It’s worth the crazy because Randall’s is TOO overpriced for these shenanigans. ONLY reason for 2 stars is that they have the best rotisserie chicken in town (we have tried HEB, Randall’s, & Whole Foods) hands down.
