    I don't like checking in electronically. I wanted special orders and it was difficult. Food was ok. I didn't care for the batter on the onion rings. My wife didn't like the BBQ on the burger.

    I usually love Portillo’s fries with cheese, but today they were way too salty. I’ve come to this location many times and never had this issue before. It was so salty I couldn’t even enjoy them. Please be careful with the salt, it really affects the taste and can be unhealthy. Very dissatisfied with today’s meal.

    I got the big beef with sweet peppers, the only item that had any flavor was the sweet peppers, beef was dry and flavorless. Bread seemed undercooked (middle was really soggy). My daughter got the chicken sandwich and said it also had zero flavor. This is my second time giving them a shot and my last.

    I was raised in Chicago moved to Houston a little over a year ago hearing there was a portillos here was such a shock to me especially since it’s been around here in Houston for a little while now. I went today for the first time whoever took my order extremely nice and the guy that took my payment however for only ordering one things I was sadly disappointed I got a large cheese fries well done, my fries were cold when I got them soggy and definitely not well done and even worst they weren’t filled up all the way in the carton they use it was halfway full what am I paying over 4$ for ? The cheese sauce was also only halfway full. I didn’t eat to sit there and complain especially as I told the guy of he can please make sure that the fries are made well done when he took my payment. Honestly this one experience when there was only one car in front of me in the drive thru no cars behind me and barely anyone in the parking lot made it a one and done.
