Spoke to some other people and apparently this has happened to them again. Manager claims it was mistake. It sounds like they’re doing this on purpose. It’s a shame. Definitely won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again All I got to say is watch your credit card payments with these folks

Showed up a couple mins after time given to show up and our food was was gone (manager said it must have been given to another customer) said they’d make another one and it’d be ready in 10 mins. Food was ready and went home, found out the pizza was under cooked and there was barely any sauce on it. Very disappointed
