  Never going back! I ordered the food at 4:30pm. The food was supposed to be at my house at 4:59pm. It didn't show up. At 5:15pm, I called pizza hut and Ronald (manager) stared to wait 10 minutes then call him back. I waited over 15 minutes and no pizza came. I called back and Ronald stated I would have to wait longer. I have 2 kids who were so hungry and I asked for a refund on the delivery charge only (like $3 on a $38 order). Ronald absolutely turned 180 degrees and treated me like garbage, refusing to provide any refund and actually laughing when I got upset. By the way, this was my daughter's 6th birthday. It was definitely a horrible way to celebrate it. Also, Ronald hung up on me and told me it's have to call corporate for my refund. FYI, there's no corporate number, just an online form to fill out. Don't go here. Go to Marcos and get good pizza always without any problems. I've never had an issue with them.

  This is the worst Pizza Hut in Texas. Every time I order, it takes over an our despite being 4 minutes from my house. This order, I ordered 4 drinks and got 4 packs of parmesan cheese. The wings had no sauce. The last order, I was missing an item, the order before that took nearly 2 hours and was cold. Every time, I say surely this can't happen again but here we are.

  It took over 40 minutes for the food to arrive after it was “out for delivery”. The delivery location is only 12 minutes from this Pizza Hut location. When I called to get an update on my order, I was met with attitude.

  Ordered frequent from this location, but will NOT order from this location again. The last couple of pizza orders were terrible. Little to no sauce, thin crust was extra crunchy. Pizza overall was just terrible. Must be new owners or management. AWFUL

  Terrible experience! What a disappointment! I would give it a zero if I could! We ordered a stuffed crust pizza online today. The order was placed and we reached the store at around 9:40 pm. The doors were shut. We could see all the employees through the window, standing around one of the teller machines looking at it and talking, but no one even lifted their head to see us at the door even after repeated and loud knocking! I get that you might have technical difficulties, but the least you can do is come to the door and tell the customers who are waiting for their food that they were having some technical issues or whatever it was that was the reason we weren't going to get our pizza! We called the number listed for the store, and it kept ringing and no one picked it up. Then we called the Pizza Hut 1-800 number and got a machine that kept going on and on with options until we just got fed up and hung up! We then checked our account to see whether we had been charged for the pizza we never got. Thankfully we weren't. So then, why did the website show the order as being placed??? Not the experience to have when you are tired and hungry after a long week day. Definitely not a good start to the weekend! My daughter loves their stuffed crust pizza but it's going to be a long time before we think of Pizza Hut again, and never ever at this location! Never! Ever!
