  This has to be the worst papa johns. Always takes over a hour to get food and the food is always cold. $60 worth of food and I’m always dissatisfied. I keep telling myself to stop ordering from here. Paid for extra cheese and it’s never extra cheese. If you can order from a different location I highly advise you to. I’m done with giving them my money !

  If there was a zero star; I would give a negative -5 star. I order a New York Style pizza & it was way undercook & the dough was raw! I called to complained about my order in a civil & cordial way if they could make it right to refund me or make me a new order. The nerve of the so called general manager/owner was not professional & he had an ugly attitude. I guess he does not comprehend that their undercook food is a violation that could cause food poisoning or getting someone sick. Then he had the nerve to tell me that was my problem. Well dude; you are the problem, you just lost a paying customer. From what I am reading in regards your reviews of your restaurant are not all that great. I am sure I am not the first & won’t be the last.

  There was a problem with the Papa John’s system, and the employees at this location did not try to help and did not care. First, I spoke to a person named Gabby, we explained that the website ordered the pizza from the wrong address and they just were not trying to help us. The Papa John’s website made the mistake and picked the wrong store because you put your home address in, but they don’t care. We asked to cancel the order and for a refund, but they refuse to help and they refuse to offer alternatives, other than coming to pick it up or receiving a cold pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and Gabby said I am the manager. I don’t know if that’s her real name or not. I tried the online ordering from a different device and the Papa John’s website did the same thing it picked the same store to deliver from. Thankfully, they did cancel this order. I called back and asked for a manager and someone who claims his name is Joshua said I’m the manager. They do not care that it was the Papa John’s system that messed up. They just refused to give us our money back. This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a delivery restaurant.

  Food was stone cold. All three pizzas and deserts were disgusting. Avoid this place, and Manager Joshua was very unhelpful and didn’t care.

  This location is horrible on delivery time. When I called after two hours they said they missed our order. Absolutely ridiculous. I would stay away from this location. Owner or management never reaches back out to you to rectify the issue. Go somewhere else
