  I had curbside pick up and I was wrong for not checking 🤦‍♀️ but I trusted them with the order I had 3 meals, kids meal was great so was the chicken and shrimp with the two sides now the 20 oz steak had no sides I called the store the manager was nice refunded the Mac and cheese but I hadn’t notice the other side was missing as well. I only got the steak is upsetting because you’re paying for a meal but only got half of it! Yet I paid full price!!! Just be careful with your orders lesson learned now I’ll check but to be in the safe side I’ll go to stafford.

  My order got messed up with somebody else's. But surprisingly, their order was way better and more expensive. So we "had" to eat it😉, when I called the store the manager made it right and apologized for the whole situation. We will be returning

  We set at the bar for dinner. The restaurant was not crowded to be a Friday night. There was one bartender and the manager was behind the bar. We waited for a few minutes and were asked about drinks and if we wanted a blooming onion. We said give us just a few mins. The bartender never came back. She fixed drinks, cleaned off the bar, and closed out the one other couple sitting at the bar. She saw us but stayed busy with making drinks. We had to go to a table to get eating utensils and bread plates. Finally, when we got upset and asked about who would help us and take our order, the manager came over and took it. As the other couple at the bar left, they wished us luck on service because they had to wait for a long time as well. After that, service was a little better. I would hate to see what it would be like if the restaurant was busy. We probably won't come back. Food was good but nothing to brag about.

  Very disappointed on the steaks. They were tough and chewy like they were frozen, and the ribs tasted old. The staff was friendly and manager apologized and gave us a discount and gift card for next visit. Unfortunately I don’t think we will return. Texans expect good quality meat and this was just unacceptable. The only thing we liked was the bread and butter. Next door at Roadhouse the steaks are fresh and at lower price.

  Came here for my birthday yesterday, we were very disappointed to say the least, ordered two NY strip steaks for my wife and I, the steaks had no flavor, although very tender, just lacking in flavor. On top of the steaks not tasting that great, the sides were an additional $3.50 each which was never explained to us and I thought was very deceptive on behalf of the restaurant and the waitress, I think once a premium side is ordered you should be informed that it's an upcharge, ( we weren't aware that they were even a premium side) the sides weren't worth the extra charge, I could've added shrimp to my order for an extra $7 bucks. The blooming onion was amazing though. The waitress never came back after the to-go boxes and bill was paid. We were going to ask about birthday day dessert, and we waited for her to come back, but she never did, she had asked in the beginning if we were here to celebrate any occasion, so she knew it was my birthday, but she was very sweet and pleasant otherwise, all the staff that we interacted with were. After the bill was paid, the receipt was supposed to go to my email, but never got it. The meal was too expensive to be lacking. Very unsatisfying.
