Ordered on the kiosk 25 minutes later had to ask where my food was. When I got my burger it wasn't even a patty. It was pieces of meat. It was like 4 small pieces thrown on the bun. I would have understood if they had been busy, but they weren't. They are a disorganized group of people. I wasn't they only one with problems. There were others with similar problems. I asked for Mac sauce on both my burgers and didn’t get it my husband also asked for cheese on his hot&spicys and he didn’t receive that either…for yall to charge us for it is outrageous if yall are going to just forget it and this isn’t the first time it has happened to me

Why should people dining in have to suffer because of an issue with school kids. Why wouldn’t you let people know (who are dining in) if you order half sweet tea half lemonade there is no refill. It’s a popular drink so a small disclaimer would suffice. Just think… You’re eating and you run out of your drink. You have to get up and wait for someone to come to the front counter. Then someone tells you we don’t do refills on lemonade…. I respected your policy and that’s why I decided to make a review respectfully.
