Almost every time I order, something is missing from the bag like barbecue sauce, fries, apple slices, toys, or parts of the Happy Meal. I always check before pulling off, and when I ask for the missing items, I’m met with attitude or told they don’t have it. If something is out of stock, it should be communicated up front so customers can choose a replacement. It feels like things are being withheld on purpose to preserve sauces and sides. I shouldn’t have to inspect my bag like a detective just to get what I paid for. This location really needs to improve accuracy and customer service.
