We were treated really well by the cashier, she was very friendly. We ordered an ice-cream cone. The girl offered me a cup because my cone was dripping and the manager reprimanded her for offering the cup to me, she said we don't offer cups here. I didn't appreciate her saying that so I will not be going back.

We called to ask if the grinch meal had pickles because of a food allergy my friend has and some lady said things about our moms and called us the b word. There have been other complaints about workers not being kind to people with dietary restrictions and this is another example, I am disappointed with management for allowing this type of disgusting behavior, and on top of that when we called later she just hung up on us, also, sometimes instead of directing you to a mean lady with anger issues, it will direct you to some unbearable ear piercing noises, this is horrible customer service and needs to be addressed immediately.

(I will preface all of this with the fact that the management and workers are ON POINT in the morning time) So, I think I've had my fill with this location. I would sometimes come around 9:00-9:30PM when there was never anyone in the line, nor inside the store. It would always take some time before someone would come to the order machine and it would take even longer to get food sent out. I have been told on many occasions to pull up to the designated parking zones and wait. Why am I waiting 10 minutes for one order of 6 chicken nuggets and a coke with nobody else in line? Today, the attendant got my order incorrect on the screen and I politely told him I needed two number 6's, not two snack wraps. He assured me it was correct and I drove to the window. Color me surprised when it's two snack wraps, not the meal I ordered. Seriously? This is frequent at this location. And don't bother coming at night, everyone in there is high and they take their sweet time whilst visiting with co workers. Do you guys even have management here? It's a shame I can no longer go to the McDonalds right in front of my neighborhood and now have to drive to Sugar Land, Aliana, or Rosenberg. I don't mean to be annoying or complain, but after dealing with this for so long I literally made a google account just to write this review. Do better.

Had an online order that they never honored. I order during breakfast time and showed up right before breakfast time ends and refused to complete the order. Mcdonalds is crap anyways, probably better we all find somewhere else to eat. Because they can get it together.
