  Worst employees at any McDonalds ever. Slow with service, can barely utter a full sentance, and are always screwing around on the inside. Drive the extra mile or two to, literally, any better location.

  Not a single thing correct… don’t leave without checking everything in the order because it’s all probably wrong. Only way to get a refund is to go back to this location which doesn’t make any sense to waste more time.

  This McDonald’s is horrible. Every time we go there they forget something. We order four combos. They forget a fry. We go a couple weeks later we order four combos. They forget a drink, we got a few weeks later and they forget a burger. Tonight was the last straw. I don’t understand how they cannot count to four when you order four combo meals. I have left several messages for the restaurant general manager to call me. She has never called me. I guess customers are not that important to her. From now on, I’m gonna have to drive to another McDonald’s 15 minutes out of the way just so they can count to four and make sure they get all the fries in the bag

  The food is great, but what sets this McDonald’s apart from the other McDonald’s is the customer service. The drive-through associates are always so efficient and excellent and helpful. Always very helpful if you have a drive-through code if you order on the app. I ordered some items on the app and some items to the drive-through window and they did an excellent job of helping me. This McDonald’s has the best customer service of any McDonald’s that I have been to in the United States. We need more great restaurants like this in the Harvest Green, Pecan Grove, Long meadow Farms, Waterside Estates, and Aliana area.

  We were treated really well by the cashier, she was very friendly. We ordered an ice-cream cone. The girl offered me a cup because my cone was dripping and the manager reprimanded her for offering the cup to me, she said we don't offer cups here. I didn't appreciate her saying that so I will not be going back.
